Our Santa Sleigh takes to the streets of Calne and surrounding villages every December, playing music and bringing festive cheer wherever it goes! Look out for the sleigh, give Santa a wave and please give generously to our collectors as they come by.

Calne Lions Santa Sleigh Will Return This December

We will be out collecting this year from Sunday 1st to Monday 23rd December.

Although we can’t give definitive dates of when we will be visiting each street, click here to see the order in which we intend to travel through town and the surrounding villages.

We will post on our Facebook page and News Page each morning in December detailing where we will be that night. You can also follow our progress each night from around 6pm on our Live Santa Tracker.

We intend to knock on doors again this year (after feedback that some people didn’t hear us when we came round and so missed us). If you would prefer us not to knock on your at your house, please put a note on the door and we will pass you by.

How to Donate

If you miss us on our travels but would still like to donate (or didn’t have change on the night) you can use text to donate up to £20. Text SLEIGH and the donation amount to 70470, for example:

Santa Needs You!

Santa needs escorts to accompany him on his travels around Calne. Members of Calne Lions volunteer their time for this, but we also welcome volunteers from our community to join us and help fill all the slots each night.
